Customer Service & Client Care Provide a welcoming and luxurious experience for clients. Advise clients on nail care, treatments, and suitable products. Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Experience Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English would be beneficial. A passion for beauty, nails, and providing an exceptional client experience is essential.
