The Role This is a full-time position with flexibility for remote working and local patch-based surveying. Key responsibilities include: • Undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys, • Completing residential valuations where appropriately qualified, • Inspecting residential properties and assessing condition, defects, and risks, • Producing clear, accurate, and professional reports, • Working closely with clients and other property professionals What We’re Looking For • AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualified surveyors, • VRS registration preferred (not essential for all roles), • Strong recent experience in Building Pathology, • Residential valuation experience advantageous, • Sound knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, • Confident use of surveying tools and reporting software, • Full UK driving licence What We Offer • Permanent salaried employment, • Bonus scheme, • Flexible working arrangements, • Expanding surveyor patches as the business grows, • Supportive, professional working culture, • Long-term career progression within a growing company For a confidential discussion or to apply, please send your CV to: Paul Hinchy -
