Are you a hands-on Management Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of the full management accounts function for a well-established manufacturing businessbringing accuracy, insight, and leadership to a key part of the operation. Youll be the financial heartbeat of the site, producing high-quality information that supports decision-making at every level, while supervising a Business Administrator and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes across the finance function. Hours 8 4.30 Mon Thursday / Friday 0800 3.15. What Youll Be Doing Producing monthly management accounts with accuracy and insight Treasury management, including cash flow reporting and forecasting Delivering business information for stakeholders across the organisation Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles Overseeing payroll Managing Sales & Purchase Ledger Supervising and developing the Business Administrator What Youll Bring Essential: Strong technical accounting skills A sharp eye for detail and a completer-finisher mindset Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines Confidence working across multiple tasks in a busy environment Desirable: Experience with Sage 200 Experience with Sage Payroll Strong Microsoft skills CIMA/ACCA qualified or QBE Why This Role?
