aJob Title: Behaviour Analyst \n Location: Colchester, Essex \n Contract Type: Permanent \n Hours: Full-time \n Salary: £41,000 - £43,000 (dependent on experience) \n We are working on behalf of a well-established provider of adult social care, supporting people to lead active and fulfilling lives. They are looking for a Behaviour Analyst to join their team, working across services to deliver and embed positive behaviour support. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Overseeing the implementation of the organisation's positive behaviour support framework across services\n, • Supervising and supporting Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioners\n, • Collaborating with the Regional Leadership Team to improve outcomes for the people supported and for colleagues\n, • Delivering Active Support and PBS training, and monitoring its outcomes and impact\n, • Providing high quality, best practice approaches to support the achievement of person-centred goals\n, • Working with services to reduce the use of restrictive practices\n, • Working collaboratively as part of a team, with strong communication skills\n\n Qualifications \n\n • Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support\n, • BCBA or UKBA (Cert)\n, • Registration with UK-SBA (or willingness to register)\n\n Experience \n\n • At least one year's experience working in social care\n, • Skilled in developing Positive Behaviour Support plans and interventions to increase skills and reduce behaviours of concern\n, • Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams, balancing the differing views of stakeholders\n
