The Role: We are in search of a highly proficient and systematic Office Administrator to assist the team in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of client assignments, adhering to our rigorous company standards. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting Project Managers by executing robust, accurate, and timely administrative activities across all revenue streams. Your Responsibilities Will Include: - Direct accountability of general or specific project footage management, encompassing file download, accessibility, and archiving according to project requirements. - Management and allocation of the necessary paperwork for the daily deployment of Site Operatives. - Filing and generation of overview summaries for project-specific datasets. - Long-term project-specific administrative tasks, including creating, managing, and delivering datasets, and generating reports on project performance. - Active facilitation of procurement activities, including purchase order generation and stock ordering.
