Ensure the production line continues to run smoothly by covering breaks and assisting with site activities as required. Essential Requirements: Current Shovel Operator Ticket (relevant certification) and experience operating loading shovels, 360 excavators, and wheel loaders. Mobile Plant Experience: Must have experience operating loading shovels, 360 excavators, and wheel loaders in an industrial setting. A safety-conscious approach with a strong desire to develop and embrace continuous improvement. Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred

Multiskilled Operative (360 & Shovel Operator) Shift: Monday - Friday Nights (17:00 - 04:00) with some weekend work. Days (06.00 - 17.00) with some weekend work. You’ll support the shredder, keep the plant clean, monitor material quality, and carry out fire and safety checks.
