Were looking for SEND/Nurture Teachers to work with small groups of secondary-aged pupils with SEND and SEMH needs across Derby City. These roles are long-term, stable, and perfect for teachers who genuinely enjoy building relationships and creating safe, structured learning spaces. If youre primary-trained and confident with emotional regulation, routines, and personalised learning youll fit right in.
