At Leach we specialise in large format print and production, delivering stunning graphics for retail and museum installations worldwide. We’re looking for a problem-solver, communicator, and leader who can manage projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional quality, smooth execution, and client satisfaction every step of the way. What You’ll Be Doing • Leading Projects from Concept to Completion – Oversee everything from initial briefing to final installation, coordinating artwork creation, proofing, production, procurement, and installation. • Owning Budgets & Timelines – Keep projects on track, within scope, and financially sound. • Building Strong Client Relationships – Act as the primary contact, ensuring expectations are not only met but exceeded. • Collaborating with Internal Teams – Work closely with production, design, and logistics to ensure flawless execution. • Managing Change & Problem-Solving – Adapt to project variations while keeping commercial viability in mind. • Driving Continuous Improvement – Identify ways to optimize workflows, improve quality, and enhance efficiency. What You Bring to the Team • At least three years of experience in project management, ideally within large format print or a related industry. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. • Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgets, margins, and how to maximize profitability. • A solution-focused mindset, able to anticipate challenges and resolve them efficiently. • Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and project installations.
