You will lead the programme of second line assurance and compliance monitoring over prudential risk management and assessments, ensuring the Society maintains a sustainable risk profile aligned with its strategy, risk profile and regulatory requirements. What will you bring to the role? • Strong, visible people leader who role models, cares, connects and coaches to drive performance, change, positive engagement and deliver against challenging objectives., • Strong technical understanding of capital, liquidity, funding and balance sheet risk management within financial services., • Extensive experience of ICAAP/ILAAP/Recovery Planning processes in banks or building societies., • Experience of developing and implementing assurance frameworks and plans., • Experience of preparing committee-level papers and presenting complex risk topics to senior leaders., • Strong understanding of key regulatory expectations for prudential risk (e.g. PRA rulebook and supporting policies)., • Hybrid working 2 days per week in the office, • Annual bonus up to 15%, • Matched pension contributions up to 10%, • 30 days holiday, plus bank holidays and holiday purchase scheme, • Colleague Mortgage and Saver products Why choose us?
