You will help ensure each child stays on track with their work, meets their milestones, and help the class teacher to make the classroom a fun and exciting environment. You will also provide social and emotional support for the students, and encourage social development.By working as a Learning Support Assistant, you will be provided with all the skills needed to undergo training as an Educational Psychologist in the future. Not only will you gain first-hand experience working with neurodivergent children, you will also learn how to implement individualised support plans and learning strategies in the classroom in order for each child to reach their full potential.The school are seeking a graduate who is passionate about SEN, mental health and inclusive education.
