Day-to-day, you will: • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons, • Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups (including ASD, ADHD & communication needs), • Help students build confidence, emotional regulation, and independence, • Use creative, adaptable approaches to support learning, • Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and specialist staff From day one, you’ll be making a real difference while building practical, career-shaping skills.
