What You Will Do • Lead and manage procurement across the Group, ensuring value for money, compliance, and alignment with strategic priorities., • Oversee contracts, tenders, and supplier relationships, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement., • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, supporting informed procurement decisions across departments., • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and audit trails, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies., • Develop and implement procurement strategies that deliver cost savings and operational efficiency., • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on joint procurement initiatives and Group-wide projects. About You, • Experience in procurement within a public sector or regulated environment, with strong knowledge of UK procurement regulations (PA2023, PCR, frameworks and public-sector best practice)., • Confident in leading tenders, analysing spend, managing suppliers, negotiating contracts and supporting colleagues at all levels., • Has professional expertise and a collaborative, solution-focused approach., • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
