At McQueen, we live and breathe a culture defined by our key Behaviours: • Empowerment – We empower our team and peers, providing unwavering support to ensure everyone can thrive; this means giving support to your team and those you are working with to succeed., • Teamwork – We put an emphasis on Teamwork; this means working together as a collective to achieve shared goals., • Respect – We value respect, treating everyone with dignity and showing genuine appreciation for their efforts: this means treating everyone equally., • Lead the Centre of Excellence for compensation, benefits, HR data analytics and HR cost controlling, providing strategic expertise to HR teams and senior leaders., • Develop and execute a global reward roadmap aligned with business priorities and market benchmarking., • Lead the annual compensation review process: define timelines, partner with WW HR Directors, review and validate proposals, prepare materials for sign-off, and collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure accurate administration., • Build senior/executive compensation packages, including LTI structures, ensuring competitiveness and compliance., • Manage the LTI process with Kering C&B to ensure nominations and grants are administered in accordance with the programme., • Support HRBPs with role evaluations and levelling using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology., • Oversee the global Retail Commission Tool (Varicent), providing expertise on HR processes, data flows, and systems integration requirements., • Act as the organisation’s compensation SME for Workday and associated modules., • Lead the global rollout of HRIS tools and modules (including Workday), ensuring HRBPs and business leaders receive appropriate training, adoption support, and guidance., • Lead the global HR budgeting and forecasting process with the support of the HR Controlling Analyst., • Proven experience in a compensation management position for a minimum of 6 years. Ideally in the Luxury Retail industry, • Knowledge of compensation frameworks, market benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders., • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems or compensation tools; Workday and Varicent are advantageous., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines., • Strong analytical skills and able to build models and reports to analyse large volumes of data., • Degree in HR management, economics, financial management or related discipline
