A leading quantitative brokerage in the capital markets spare are currently seeking a technical, detail-oriented FIX Onboarding Analyst to support onboarding of institutional counterparties in the derivatives / best execution space. I you are hired you will manage FIX connectivity, certification, and trade-flow integration while working closely with quants, brokers, developers, and operations. The role requires deep knowledge of FIX protocol, derivatives workflows, and best execution obligations. Key Responsibilities; • Own the full onboarding lifecycle in a client- and venue-facing capacity, engaging with brokers, ECNs, ATSs, and exchanges., • Manage FIX certification: schemas, mappings, test plans, and cutover., • Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, sequencing, and messaging issues., • Maintain a counterparty library of FIX versions, dialects, and extensions., • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and legal requirements., • Drive automation and process improvements in onboarding workflows.
