Receptionist – Sales & Lettings Administrator 📍 Mayfair, London | 🕘 Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm on-site 💷 £30,000 – £40,000 The Opportunity An established, high-end property business based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a professional and polished Receptionist - Sales & Lettings Administrator to become the face of their office. This is a pivotal front-of-house and administrative role, supporting a busy sales and lettings team while ensuring the office operates seamlessly and to the highest standards. You’ll be working in a refined, client-focused environment where attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism are essential. The Role This position combines front-of-house responsibilities with hands-on sales and lettings administration. You’ll play a key role in supporting the full property lifecycle, from listings through to sales progression, while delivering an exceptional experience for clients, colleagues, and visitors. Key Responsibilities • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, • Managing all front-of-house duties and maintaining a pristine office environment, • Welcoming clients and offering refreshments, • Coordinating with third-party suppliers for office upkeep, • Providing administrative support to sales and lettings negotiators and managers, • Coordinating appointments, diaries, and calendars, • Supporting sales progression, listings, and lettings administration, • Updating the CRM system and tracking deals, • Uploading property listings accurately and in a timely manner, • Working closely with multiple departments to support the listings function, • Assisting other offices within the wider network when required About You You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
