You will be responsible for full menu development, food cost control, due diligence, kitchen management, and all aspects of health and safety, as well as the broader operational responsibilities expected at senior leadership level.

You will also act as the primary liaison between clients and senior management, providing clear communication and professional reporting throughout the project lifecycle. This includes producing regular progress reports, compiling photographic evidence, managing client updates, and escalating key matters where required. The role demands strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills, along with a commitment to delivering high-end refurbishments to the highest possible finish.
