Your expertise will help streamline operations and ensure our customers receive top-notch service. If you have a knack for organisation and a passion for the Med-Tech and bioscience sectors, this is the perfect opportunity for you!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and ad hoc requests.\nManage incoming sales inquiries, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing.\nFollow up with customers via phone to provide updates or gather required information.\nDraft and manage customer communications via email.\nMaintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and internal systems.\nPrepare sales documentation, quotes, and reports.\nMonitor shared inboxes and ensure all queries are actioned promptly.\nProvide overflow support to ensure the continuity of sales operations. \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nExperience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales support or administrative role-experience on a sales team is a must!\nSkills: Strong organisational abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nCommunication: Confident and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.\nCustomer Engagement: Comfortable engaging with customers over phone and email.\nAttention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks.\nAdaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities.\nTech Savvy: Proficient in standard office tools; familiarity with (url removed) is a plus! \n\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an excellent opportunity to step into an exciting role that supports a vibrant sales team.
