Job Purpose The CEO will lead HUMEN into its next phase of growth, expanding our reach and impact in providing safe spaces for men to talk, listen, and connect. You will be responsible for driving our mission forward with innovation and productivity. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in securing substantial funding and developing innovative fundraising strategies well as a strong background in advertising and marketing. Exceptional expertise in advertising and marketing is essential, with a focus on creating viral social media content and implementing multi-channel digital marketing initiatives. A strong grasp of data analytics and digital trends will be necessary to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the rapidly evolving charitable sector. While this role is hybrid and primarily remote, we are a London-based charity, and the successful candidate must be based in London to attend in-person meetings and events as required.
