Key Responsibilities • Analyse SEO performance and search visibility across client websites, • Develop and implement SEO strategies for both new and existing sites, • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as a trusted SEO advisor, • Conduct technical SEO audits, content reviews, and competitor analysis, • Lead SEO projects and ongoing retainers, ensuring high-quality delivery, • Deliver on-page optimisation recommendations (metadata, headings, content structure, schema where relevant), • Support website launches, migrations, and redesigns from an SEO perspective, • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to embed SEO best practice, • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts, • Contribute to internal SEO best practices and knowledge sharing, • Stay up to date with SEO tools, AI developments, and search engine algorithm updates What We’re Looking For Essential Criteria • Experience working in an SEO role, • Experience contributing to SEO strategy from planning through to optimisation, • Experience managing SEO performance across websites, • Strong knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), • Ability to analyse data and confidently present insights and recommendations, • Strong communication and collaboration skills, • Experience implementing SEO improvements on live websites Desirable Experience • Previous experience working within an agency environment, • Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools About the Role This role sits within a full-service digital team delivering a range of services including website development, design, PR, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing. Clients may span a variety of sectors including finance, education, events, non-profits, and technology. Terms & Benefits • Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience), • Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (flexibility available), • Hybrid working model with a mix of office-based and remote working, • 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday, • Additional benefits may include wellbeing support, optional fitness membership, healthcare initiatives, and social events
