Your role as Assistant Restaurant Manager You will support the day-to-day running of a 160-cover restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards across the main dining area, private dining spaces and courtyard service. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations Leading service and being visible on the floor Managing rotas, team organisation and performance Overseeing stock takes and weekly ordering Handling guest feedback confidently and professionally Supporting wage cost control and weekly targets Maintaining health & safety and operational standards This Assistant Restaurant Manager role is hands-on and service-led - you will be integral to developing the team and elevating the guest experience.
