As recognition of this, the department is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate, dynamic and highly creative individual to join our Marketing team as Midweight Designer. About you • Design sensibility: A strong understanding of layout, typography, and restraint, knowing when to let simplicity speak., • Purposeful creativity: You bridge functionality with feeling, bringing warmth and intent to every visual., • Brand cohesion: You can think holistically, ensuring consistency across campaigns and touchpoints., • Attention to detail: Confident in execution, with appreciation for craft, print, and presentation., • Commercial awareness: You balance creativity with business objectives to design work that connects and performs. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Deliver weekly marketing emails aligned to the marketing calendar, trading needs, and brand pillars., • Translate weekly commercial and brand messages into consistent, engaging web assets (homepages, banners, content spots, landing pages)., • Ensure partner retailers’ assets meet brand standards and creative direction., • Own and curate the organic social feed, producing inspiring, on‑brand content across platforms., • Collaborate with Performance Marketing to create high‑impact paid assets that balance best practice, performance insights, and brand handwriting., • Support key creative projects such as redesigning trigger/transactional emails, website refreshes, and printed materials including look books and event assets., • Coordinate all retail and in‑store marketing assets, supporting seasonal VM direction and message rollout., • Contribute to seasonal campaign development, Creative 360 direction, and team brainstorming sessions., • Stay on top of creative trends, exploring AI and process efficiencies to elevate creative output., • Use Adobe Creative Suite confidently (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) with the flexibility to use Canva as needed; experience in fast‑paced fashion/beauty/creative environments is preferred. About the role We are looking for a confident and passionate team member to join our Digital Team reporting to our E-commerce Trading Manager. This role will manage the visual presentation of products on an online store. The role will also ensure product pages, category pages, and promotions are visually appealing, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized to improve the customer shopping experience and increase online sales RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan and execute online visual merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and sales., • Organize and update product displays on the website, including category pages, landing pages, and promotional banners., • Work with product, marketing, and design teams to create engaging digital content., • Ensure product images, descriptions, and layouts follow brand standards and guidelines., • Manage homepage features, seasonal campaigns, and promotional placements., • Analyze website performance data to optimize product placement and merchandising strategies., • Use A/B testing and analytics tools to improve customer engagement and conversion rates., • Maintain product consistency across desktop and mobile platforms., • Coordinate with photographers and designers to ensure high-quality product imagery., • Monitor competitor websites and industry trends to improve visual presentation., • Assist with daily/weekly trade reporting. EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED: • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and digital marketing., • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator., • Understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics., • Strong attention to detail and creativity., • Good communication and teamwork skills. You’ll partner with our Merchandiser to support planning, trading, and product development initiatives that power our international expansion and elevate partnerships around the world. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain accurate Range Plans, updating styles, performance, commitments, cancellations, and pricing., • Analyse sales and stock data to support trade meetings, planning, and decision‑making., • Manage intake and gross margin across global ranges, trading the department in line with budget plans., • Review WSSI, stock, and sales performance regularly, making recommendations and producing stock packages to meet international demand., • Oversee terminal stock, price changes, promotions, and sale activity across multiple markets., • Collaborate with Buying, Logistics, Finance, and international teams to build assortments, support budget management, and ensure smooth product flow. About the role Join our Buying team and play a pivotal role in keeping product flow smooth and fast through exceptional administrative support. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support the Buyer and Assistant Buyer on a day to day basis with administration duties., • Raise Purchase Orders numbers and ensure consistent communication across the team., • Monitors delivery status, liaising with suppliers and the merchandising team to organise delivery within agreed deadlines in line with critical path., • Ensure all samples are chased, managed, labelled and in the correct location., • Manages all fit stages in line with the critical path and updates system where appropriate., • Supporting with showroom set-up and ensuring all samples are available., • Keep up to date with current and future trends to assist with mood boards for new ranges and be aware of our competitor activity.
