About Stora Stora is building the operating platform for modern self-storage businesses. The Role This is a genuine people leadership role. You’ll manage approximately 12 engineers working across three product teams, with the team expected to continue growing. Each product team has a Tech Lead responsible for technical direction, alongside Product and Design. Your focus is different: the engineers themselves. This isn’t a role for somebody looking to move away from engineering completely, though. Experience making promotion and progression decisions. Experience running or improving engineering career frameworks, review cycles or progression processes. While we do use AI code review we always make sure another member of the team owns the peer review. These tests form part of our continuous integration platform and automatically test our code as part of our continuous deployment process. About the team You'll join our Infrastructure team, working closely with Software Engineers and other technical teams to keep the systems behind Snappy secure, reliable and performing at their best. About the role As a Senior Linux Systems & DevOps Engineer, you'll take a hands-on responsibility for running, troubleshooting and improving the infrastructure our platform depends on.
