In this role you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without having to compromise on efficiency and quality. Hours This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 16:00. Salary You'll receive an annual salary up to £63,119 per annum - depending on experience. What you'll be doing: As an Unscheduled Care Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will • Provide Leadership and line management for those within the Unscheduled care team., • Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on feedback, • so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery., • You will also provide day to day operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet commissioner expectations., • Deliver excellence in all areas of your role. Deliver non-judgemental, compassionate care within the, • prison that is safe, high quality and in line with CQC requirements. This will be achieved through, • adherence to policies and procedures and compliance with statutory responsibilities whilst driving, • excellence., • Promote best practice in the field of unscheduled care, triage and emergency response. Requirements • Registered nurse – Adult, Mental Health, or Paramedic, • Current professional qualification (NMC or HCPC), • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, • Experience of working in CQC or equivalent registered services such as HMIP, • Experience of client management or meeting commissioner expectations, • Experience developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, • Understanding of clinical governance Secure environments are one of the most challenging, yet rewarding places for healthcare professionals to work.
