Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is looking to appoint a Junior Estimator to join their expanding commercial team, to be based out of their Sittingbourne office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their estimating career who is looking to develop within a supportive and experienced team, working on projects valued up to £2.5 million. The Company Our client is a reputable regional contractor with a strong presence in the residential sector. They deliver high-quality housing extensions, full refurbishments, and bespoke new build homes, maintaining an excellent reputation for craftsmanship and client satisfaction. With a steady stream of repeat business and new enquiries, they offer long-term stability and genuine progression opportunities. The Role As Junior Estimator, you will support the commercial team in preparing competitive and accurate tenders across a range of residential construction projects.
