To contribute to the development, establishment and implementation of clear Equal Opportunities objectives for the service which promote equality for all children/young people and members of staff and formulate equality targets and performance measures for both employment and service delivery., 2. To promote a positive approach to all potential and current children/young people and ensure that services under the posts control reflect this approach. Qualifications: 1. Hold the Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce, or be prepared to work towards following a successful six month probation.
