Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in IT support, preferably in construction or engineering environments. Knowledge of Windows & Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms. Networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills to support both technical and non-technical staff. Full UK driving licence (preferred, as site travel is required). Responsible for successfully supporting the Cell and Gene team with daily operations and liaise with the Control Tower Coordinators as it relates to cell and gene shipments., 2. Utilize technology to provide enhanced monitoring, management and control of shipments as required, 3. Collaborate with LSPs, Branches and Depots to arrange and coordinate shipment solutions, 4. Preparation, Placement, control and arrangement of appropriate packaging (Controlled temperature shippers & LN2 Dry shippers), equipment (GPS tracking devices, Temperature monitors) and trained operatives are according to Cell & Gene project specifications-COPs or SOPs., 5. Part Time driver and logistics support role - minimum 24 hours a week / Monday to Friday (With weekend work & some early mornings) This role will require the individual to drive the company vehicle to deliver and collect items as required by the Company. You will be required to drive a vehicle(s) owned by the Company.
