With over 80 years of industry success, a strong order book, and significant investment in automation and people development, this is an excellent opportunity for engineers seeking stability and career growth.What's On Offer? £54,100 basic salaryOTE exceeding £60,00010% pension contributionGenerous holiday allowancePremium overtime rates up to double timePerformance bonus schemeSiemens PLC trainingRobotics trainingLevel 3 engineering qualifications and OEM-certified trainingAll tools and workwear providedClear progression opportunities into senior engineering and leadership rolesOpportunities to progress within a large UK-wide engineering groupThe Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving highly automated manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenanceDiagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faultsAttend equipment breakdowns and minimise downtimeMaintain conveyors, presses, robotics, automated machinery, and production equipmentWork on three-phase electrical systems and industrial controlsSupport continuous improvement and reliability projectsEnsure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficientlyCollaborate with a large engineering team to support operational performanceCandidate Requirements Level 3 Engineering Qualification or above (Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar)Experience working within manufacturing, production, FMCG, automation, industrial, or engineering environmentsStrong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skillsKnowledge of PPM and reactive maintenanceExperience with automated machinery, conveyors, robotics, PLCs, or industrial equipment is advantageousPositive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team environmentWhy Apply?
