You'll join a close-knit, friendly team of 10, and will play a key role as the bridge between sales and underwriting, making sure everything is in place so the team can deliver their best work and achieve results. What’s in it for you? • Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5:30pm, Friday, 9am to 5pm, • £26,000 plus bonus, • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, • Your birthday off and Christmas shutdown, • Holiday buy-back scheme, • Funded training and clear progression, • Paid volunteering days, • Early finish incentives, • Retail discounts, • Long service rewards Key Responsibilities • Act as the central point of contact between the sales, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure a smooth workflow and deal progression, • Review and process proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness, • Conduct background checks using systems such as Experian, Companies House, Land Registry, CreditSafe, and Charity Commission, • Liaise with internal teams to gather missing information and resolve queries, • Maintain accurate records and input data into the CRM systems, • Support underwriters with additional research and documents, • Provide comprehensive administration support to the risk team Skills and Experience • Previous administration experience/office support experience preferred, • Eager to build a long-term career within a professional environment, • Enthusiastic and proactive learner, keen to absorb knowledge from colleagues and develop new skills, • Technically proficient, with solid MS Office skills and the confidence to navigate multiple systems, • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input and manage data, • Holds English and Maths GCSEs, • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input and manage data, • Confident communicator, comfortable handling phone conversations and able to challenge where appropriate
