Location: Home-based (South UK) Salary: £58,000–£65,000 + uncapped commission + car/car allowance About Stowood Stowood is a UK-based medical device company specialising in sleep diagnostics. For over 30 years, we have designed, manufactured and supported our own hardware and software, while also acting as a trusted UK and Ireland distributor for leading international manufacturers. Our business is built on long-term partnerships. Significant sales come from major international suppliers, alongside our own in-house products. This means our sales team works with a balanced portfolio of both in-house and partner-manufactured products. We are a privately owned, family-run business with a small, close-knit team. This means we work closely together, take responsibility seriously, and value practical, hands-on contributions from everyone. We invest heavily in research and development, manufacture in Oxfordshire, and pride ourselves on being technically strong, approachable, and easy to work with. Over the last two years, the company has grown by 80%, and we are continuing to expand. This is an excellent time to join us and play a key role in our next phase of growth. We are not a “shiny suit” sales organisation. We succeed by building long-term, trusting relationships and by genuinely understanding our customers’ challenges. The role Following retirement of the incumbent, we are looking for an experienced, thoughtful, and commercially minded professional to manage and grow our business across the South of the UK. Your customers will mainly be sleep physiologists and clinical teams, supported by consultant physicians, procurement and EBME teams. Many of our customers are under pressure and short of time, so empathy, clarity, and reliability are essential.
