SAP SD / SCM Consultant (S/4HANA Retail)Salary: Up to £120,000 + Bonus + BenefitsLocation: Leeds - Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Full timeJob Type: PermanentA globally established organisation is seeking an experienced SAP SD / SCM Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme within a retail environment. This role will focus on delivering and optimising supply chain and order-to-cash processes, working across outbound logistics, warehouse operations and inventory management. You will play a key role in shaping and implementing scalable SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. Responsibilities for the SAP SD / SCM Consultant: • Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA SCM solutions across SD, logistics and inventory management, • Design and deliver solutions across order-to-cash, outbound logistics and warehouse processes, • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, • Lead workshops, gather requirements and support solution design and delivery, • Support integration across WMS, inventory systems and retail supply chain processes, • Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis, • Ensure alignment with SAP templates, governance and best practices, • Strong experience as an SAP SD / SCM Consultant within retail environments, • Strong understanding of order-to-cash, inventory management and outbound logistics processes, • Experience with IDOCs configuration and integration with WMS systems, • Experience working with retail concepts such as replenishment, allocation and cross-docking, • Strong understanding of P2P processes and retail pricing, • Experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, • Exposure to Forecasting & Replenishment or SAP IBP, • Experience working within multi-vendor environments, • Strong experience in client-facing roles and leading workshops
