In short, their product does two key things: • Instantly spots and plugs gaps in knowledge, • Provides data insights for timely, targeted interventions The role As demand for high-quality edtech increases, the company is now seeking an Account Manager to help its customers maximise the benefits of the platform. This covers the customer journey from onboarding and arranging training, through to building deep relationships with customers, truly understanding their needs and being able to help them in their journey with the technology. Every customer is different, and the team prides itself on building unique relationships with everyone. To achieve this, typical tasks will include contract management, onboarding new clients, addressing customer requests or issues, managing feedback, and more, to ensure our customers are maximising the benefits of the platform. Day to day includes: • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters for specified customers, • Identify and develop commercial opportunities with customers to drive growth, • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with customers, • Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process for customers, • Use dashboards and other tools to monitor usage by customers and support customers’ data requests, • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed, • Manage feedback from customers and circulate internally as required, • Occasional travel within the UK (roughly 1-2 times a month) to visit clients The package • £34,000 – 36,000 salary, • 25 days holiday (ability to roll over 5 days) + bank holidays, • Birthday off, • Three extra days at Christmas off, • Hybrid working, • Private Medical Insurance, • EV financing scheme, • Quarterly company socials (remote & in-person), • Discounts through Perks at Work (shopping, cinema tickets, restaurants, travel, etc), which can also be shared with friends & family To be successful, you will… • Have strong and professional written and verbal communication skills, • Have excellent organisational skills, • Be able to problem solve, • Be able to take initiative and responsibility in managing relationships with senior stakeholders, such as headteachers., • Have close attention to detail and able to handle confidential data in an efficient, compliant and sensitive manner, working alongside customers and partners, • Be able and willing to learn about specific educational content areas, • Have an aptitude for understanding data, • Be committed to improving educational outcomes, • Bring flair and enthusiasm to the role Ideal, but not essential… • Have a background in teaching, customer success, or have previously worked in a customer-facing role., • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Freshdesk, Jira, or Lightdash.
