We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Contracts Manager to join OneSchool Global UK on a full time, two-year fixed term basis, supporting our UK-wide modernisation and capital delivery programme. This is a hybrid role based 2 days per week at our Regional Support Office in Warwick and 3 days travel across our campuses. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial and contractual management of client-side construction and service contracts. You will provide assurance, governance and commercial control across multiple projects, ensuring contracts are managed in line with legal, regulatory and organisational requirements, while delivering value for money and high-quality outcomes. The key purpose of this role is to lead the commercial, contractual and risk management aspects of projects and programmes, acting as the subject matter expert for contract administration, supplier performance and cost control. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the organisation’s commercial position, supporting informed decision-making and ensuring consistent, compliant contract management practices across the region. Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors, you will oversee contract governance from procurement through to final account, managing change control, performance frameworks, risk registers and reporting. This is a highly visible role that contributes directly to the successful delivery of projects that support our campuses, colleagues and students. Providing quality control assessments of contract delivery against agreed service levels and Key Performance indicators to identify continuous improvements., • Complete site quality assurance checks to support, coach and upskill sites on technical matter and ensuring they have accurate and comprehensive records., • You will lead the reduction of carbon emissions, analysing and offering insights to meet environmental commitments and innovation to new systems., • Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared, available, reviewed and utilised for all tasks (PPM’s and reactive) carried out to ensure safe working practices., • You will be fully integrated in projects and operations delivery, enabling you to provide innovation to intelligent, efficient, cost-effective exercises and new ways of working.
