With continued growth and new markets on the horizon, they’re looking for a Finance Manager who is confident, inquisitive, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership of both delivery and improvement. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of a forward-looking finance function - influencing processes, shaping decisions, and driving standards. • Acting as a trusted financial partner to a varied group of external stakeholders and customers, • Taking a lead on month-end, management accounts, and financial reporting processes, • Overseeing and developing a high-performing team, • Ensuring technical excellence across controls, compliance, reporting, and governance, • Engaging and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity, • Supporting company expansion, including new operating models, new regions, and scalable processes, • Bringing ideas to the table - challenging, improving, and enhancing how things are done, • Driving efficiencies through improved workflows, automation, and smarter reporting, • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and commercial analysis, • Leading on year-end processes, audit preparation, and external partner relationships, • Presenting financial insights in a clear, impactful, and commercially relevant way, • Strong technical grounding with meticulous attention to detail, • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, partners, or multi-entity environments, • Confident communicator able to influence and engage at all levels, • Naturally inquisitive and forward-thinking - someone who challenges the status quo, • Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable bringing new ideas and improvements, • Experience leading or mentoring teams, • Thrives in a fast-moving, growing, international environment, • Annual salary up to £70,000 DOE, • Annual bonus, • High-impact role with visibility and influence, • Exposure to international markets and complex financial environments, • A culture that values initiative, curiosity, and continuous improvement If you’re ready to step into a role that will stretch you, recognise you, and give you the platform to influence a growing international business, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
