Benefits • Hybrid working arrangement (up to 2 days working from home), • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, • Additional birthday leave, • Private healthcare scheme, • Workplace pension, • Professional membership subscriptions paid, • Structured CPD and training programmes, • Support towards further qualifications and accreditation, • Cycle to Work scheme, • Season ticket loan scheme, • Eye care vouchers, • Death in service benefit, • Social events and team activities, • Excellent progression opportunities within a growing practiceDaily Duties, • Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit, • Develop construction details, specifications and technical documentation, • Coordinate information with architects, engineers and external consultants, • Prepare and manage BIM models throughout project delivery, • Attend design team meetings and technical workshops, • Conduct site visits, surveys and inspections as required, • Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry standards, • Support project delivery from technical design through to construction, • Assist with technical problem-solving and project coordination, • Contribute to BIM standards and technical best practice across the studioIdeal Candidate, • Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Architectural Technology, Architecture or a related discipline, • Intermediate to Senior level experience within a UK architectural practice, • Strong Revit proficiency is essential, • Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge, • Experience producing coordinated technical drawing packages, • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and current legislation, • Experience working across commercial, education, healthcare, residential, industrial or public sector projects, • Strong communication and coordination skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused approach, • CIAT membership or progression towards chartership would be advantageous To apply, please contact KAZ on OR alternatively, send your updated CV and Portfolio across to
