Our work includes: Foundations for new homes Road and sewer construction Drainage and infrastructure works External works and finishing elements The Role We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple groundworks and civils projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the quality standards expected by our blue-chip housebuilding clients. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple groundworks and civils contracts simultaneously Lead project delivery teams including Site Managers, Engineers and Supervisors Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards Oversee programme, cost control and resource planning Client liaison with major housebuilders and developers Chair progress meetings and produce contract reports Manage subcontractors and supply chain performance Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks Ensure quality standards and specifications are achieved About You Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in groundworks/civils Strong background in housing infrastructure projects Excellent knowledge of foundations, roads, sewers and drainage works Strong leadership and team management skills Commercially aware with good understanding of budgets and contracts Confident communicator able to build relationships with clients and site teams Full UK driving licence What We Offer Competitive salary and company vehicle/car allowance Opportunity to work with major national developers Long-term, high-value projects across the South of England Supportive, professional working environment Genuine opportunities for progression within a growing business How to Apply Please submit your CV along with a short covering note outlining your relevant experience in groundworks and civil engineering.
