Property Administrator Salary: Up to £30,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday Location: Hybrid – Bristol \n About the Role \n Pertemps Bristol are currently recruiting for a Property Administrator for one of our clients based in Bristol. \n This is a varied hybrid role, combining home working, office-based work and property visits. \n You’ll help manage the rental and sales portfolio, work closely with the Property Manager and take responsibility for your own workload. \n The role currently requires a minimum of one day per week in the office, although this may increase as the business grows. You must also be within a reasonable distance of the office and able to attend at short notice when required. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Manage property lettings from instruction through to move-in\n, • Carry out property inspections and report findings\n, • Build strong relationships with landlords and act as a key point of contact\n, • Visit and onboard new rental properties\n, • Assist with property sales when required\n, • Support the Property Manager with day-to-day tasks\n, • Collect and manage keys from the office when needed\n, • Ensure properties and processes meet relevant legal and compliance requirements\n, • Keep records and internal systems up to date\n\n About YouWe’re looking for someone who: \n\n • Has at least 12 months’ experience in property lettings or property management\n, • Has an understanding of HMOs (desirable)\n, • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle\n, • Is organised, reliable and self-motivated\n, • Can work independently and use their own initiative\n, • Has strong communication and customer service skills\n, • Is comfortable working alone when required\n, • Takes ownership of their responsibilities\n, • Is professional, approachable and practical in their approach\n\n Working Pattern \n\n • Hybrid working with at least 1 day per week in the office\n, • Home working on other days where appropriate\n, • Regular property visits and inspections\n, • Flexibility to attend the office at short notice when required\n, • Office attendance may increase as the role develops\n\n What We Offer \n\n • Salary of up to £30,000\n, • Full-time, permanent position\n, • Hybrid working and flexitime\n, • Supportive and professional team environment\n, • Opportunity to develop and grow with the business\n\n Experience: Property management/lettings – 1 year required \n Licence: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required \n If you are interested in applying for this role and you have the relevant experience, please click APPLY
