SEN Learning Support Worker Full-time or Part-time shifts available Immediate start Ages 16-25 ASD, MLD, SLD, Complex Needs, SEMH We work on behalf of an independent provider of specialist further education and residential care. They are currently looking for support staff that are able to support in shift style work. All students at the setting have EHCP's and have a wide range of different special needs disabilities. The college's main focus is around preparing their young people for adulthood by equipping them with a toolkit for life after college. The role So at the moment there are lots of different type's of shifts that are available at the site. So whether you're looking for a role that is normal school hours or whether you'd rather do evening shifts - they are flexible. You also have the choice of the odd day here and there or something more full-time! This role is very suitable for support workers, experience working with special needs disabilities is essential. You will expected to get stuck in and support these young people in all aspects in their life - this will occasionally include personal care. Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
