THE OPPORTUNITY Harpar Grace International is seeking a hands‑on Head of Ecommerce to lead the day‑to‑day trading, optimisation and digital customer experience across our Direct‑to‑Consumer sites. This is an ideal step‑up role for an experienced ecommerce manager ready to take broader ownership across multiple luxury beauty and aesthetics brands, working closely with the COO to deliver consistent, high‑performing digital execution. ABOUT HARPAR GRACE INTERNATIONAL Founded in 2013, Harpar Grace International develops, distributes and manages a portfolio of luxury cosmeceutical, spa and retail brands. We are the exclusive UK & Ireland distributor for iS Clinical Cosmeceuticals, RevitaLash Cosmetics and Totally Derma, the appointed iS Clinical distributor across 22 Caribbean countries, and the global brand owner for Déesse PRO LED light therapy. Entrepreneurial, privately owned and fast‑growing, we are expanding our digital footprint across the group. THE ROLE Reporting to the COO, the Head of Ecommerce will manage the trading performance, onsite experience and customer lifecycle across our consumer sites, including isclinical.co.uk, revitalash.co.uk and deessepro.com. You will ensure each site is optimised for conversion, retention and customer satisfaction, working cross‑functionally with Brand, Marketing and Operations to deliver seamless digital execution. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery — perfect for someone who enjoys owning the detail while driving continuous improvement. What You Will Own • Daily, weekly and monthly ecommerce trading performance across all consumer sites., • Ownership and execution of the DTC trading calendar, promotions and product launches to deliver commercial outcomes., • Onsite optimisation including CRO, UX improvements and testing roadmaps across our Shopify estate., • CRM execution through Klaviyo, including segmentation, automations and retention journeys., • Coordination of performance marketing activity with our retained agency across paid search, paid social and affiliates., • SEO fundamentals, onsite discoverability and content optimisation., • Ecommerce reporting, insights and recommendations to drive incremental growth., • Day‑to‑day management of ecommerce and digital coordinators, plus external partners. What Good Looks Like in Year One • Smooth, consistent trading execution across all sites with improved conversion and customer experience., • A clear, structured ecommerce trading rhythm embedded across the business., • Strong collaboration with Brand, Marketing and Operations to deliver launches and campaigns seamlessly., • A measurable uplift in key KPIs such as revenue, margin, CAC, ROAS, LTV accountability, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase and email performance., • A prioritised optimisation roadmap that supports the group’s digital growth ambitions. What We’re Looking For • 5–8 years’ experience in ecommerce trading, optimisation or DTC channel management., • Proven success improving conversion, customer journeys and onsite performance., • Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo and GA4., • Comfortable managing a small team, agencies and coordinating cross‑functional teams., • Data‑driven, commercially aware and confident turning insights into action., • Desirable: experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetics or premium consumer categories; familiarity with AI‑enabled ecommerce tools.
