Here at Peacocks we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our eCommerce team at our Head Office in Cardiff. Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, you will be responsible for driving scalable, profitable growth across all digital acquisition channels. You will own performance marketing strategy, execution, and optimisation, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making, attribution, and continuous testing to maximise ROI and customer acquisition. • Build a robust performance marketing forecast for agreed KPI’s. Continually monitor against forecast and report results to the wider team weekly., • Manage the performance of the following SEO, affiliates, PPC, Display Retargeting, Paid Social (META, Tiktok, Pinterest etc.) and App Campaigns., • Day to day management of multiple digital agencies to ensure they are delivering on agreed KPI’s and to agreed deadlines., • Budget management of over 7 figures., • Bid optimisation for Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and Exposure Slots., • Develop and manage a robust digital marketing testing roadmap., • With our SEO Agency, regularly monitor and report on search engine positions. Make suggestions for future keyword targets. Work alongside e-commerce operations to continually improve on‑site SEO optimisation., • Own and optimise email and SMS marketing performance, including campaign planning, segmentation, personalisation, and automation to drive customer retention and lifetime value., • Work closely with loyalty team to develop targeted customer journeys (e.g. welcome, reactivation, post‑purchase), ensuring alignment with acquisition activity and overall trading strategy., • Manage and take ownership for projects that improve the effectiveness of digital marketing., • Work with marketing to ensure digital marketing plan is aligned to wider marketing, activity and product plan. Feedback on missing opportunities., • Support the Head of Marketing with digital marketing brand campaigns across the entire funnel., • Working with the internal marketing team, to ensure digital marketing is in line with brand., • Lead and develop junior team members, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to drive high performance and continuous development., • Play a key role within the wider eCommerce team, contributing to overall strategy, sharing insights, and supporting trading initiatives to drive total online performance., • To operate in an open and transparent manner working with all colleagues across the business. To always do what is right., • To take personal responsibility & accountability for actions, constantly striving to improve and exceed expectations ensuring safety and quality are never compromised., • Performance/Digital marketing expert with significant experience of driving high volumes of revenue efficiently ideally within a retail environment., • An understanding of basic HTML, • Previous experience of email marketing software i.e Mailchimp, Klaviyo, • Previous experience of CMS tools i.e Wordpress, • Strong understanding of digital marketing attribution methodologies., • Strong agency management experience., • Skilled in A/B testing and CRO to optimise the acquisition funnel., • Hardworking with good attention to detail, • Numerical/analytic skills, • Good organisational and communication skills, • Able to multi task, • Willingness to learn and develop, • Results focused, • PC literate with strong excel skills, • Experience of Apple Developer/App Store Connect/Google Play Store is a bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
