Summary Working primarily across Access Panels Direct and Chequer Plate Direct, with scope across the wider Surespan Group portfolio as the function grows. Mission: Own day-to-day eCommerce, website performance and digital marketing execution across key B2B manufacturing brands, turning traffic, enquiries and CRM activity into measurable commercial growth. Core scope: • Manage WooCommerce and WordPress websites, including product uploads, pricing, imagery, technical content, promotions, launches and day-to-day site maintenance., • Improve conversion through better page structure, calls to action, forms, checkout flow, site speed, mobile usability and overall customer journey., • Run HubSpot marketing operations: contacts, lists, workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, forms, landing pages, email templates and reporting dashboards., • Support offline conversion tracking and cleaner handover from marketing to sales, ensuring data connects to real revenue outcomes., • Plan and execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn, organic search and paid media for B2B, trade and specification audiences, including CPD promotion., • Brief designers and social media support on content, promotions, launch assets and SEO-led activity., • Take ownership of the Google Ads agency relationship once onboarded: briefing, performance review, landing-page alignment, spend challenge and lead-quality oversight., • Stronger website conversion, enquiry volume and eCommerce revenue, • Accurate product data, smoother launches and better on-site customer experience, • Clearer CRM hygiene, attribution and sales handover, • More qualified B2B leads, CPD bookings and campaign efficiency Profile required: Hands-on digital operator with 2-4+ years in eCommerce and/or digital marketing. Strong working knowledge of WooCommerce, WordPress, HubSpot, email marketing, GA4 and Search Console, plus sound Google Ads understanding. Commercially minded, detail-focused and comfortable working across B2B, trade or technical product environments. Control line: Reports to the Marketing and Business Development Manager, working alongside graphic designers and a social media manager. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a passive coordination post.
