Central Employment are working with a scaling North East Search and Performance Marketing agency, as they look to expand there dedicated Klayvio team, with the appointment of an Email Marketing Campaign Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work on a number of key eCommerce client campaigns, execute Klayvio strategies, while contributing to the success of an ambitious and supportive agency. Email Marketing Campaign Lead responsibilities: • Build and manage flows, campaigns and automations in Klaviyo, • Work closely with clients to understand objectives and deliver email strategies that drive revenue, • Run A/B split tests and optimise for performance, • Segment databases effectively for targeting and personalisation, • Collaborate with design, UX, SEO and Ads teams to ensure consistent messaging, • Monitor analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance, • Stay up to date with email marketing trends, best practices and new features in Klaviyo, • Motivate, mentor and build out an internal Email Marketing/Klayvio team Essential experience: • Hands-on experience using Klaviyo in an agency or in-house environment, circa 3+ yrs dedicated channel experience, • Strong understanding of email marketing flows and campaign management, • Knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce platforms, • Ability to run and interpret A/B split tests, • Awareness of SEO, Ads and UX principles (with full support from in-house experts), • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight, • Excellent communication and organisational skills, • Creative mindset with attention to detail
