You will play a crucial role in identifying and targeting potential customers across various industries, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth. The position offers a flexible work, typically one day in the office and four days in the field, with the option to work from home when required. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities, • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities, • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, • Offer technical guidance to customers, • Carry out site visits to assess client requirements and recommend tailored solutions, • Qualification or applied experience in engineering or a related field, • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management, preferably within the HVAC or refrigeration industry, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships, • Strong self-motivation and target-driven performance, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, • Quarterly bonus structure of 25% of base salary, • Company car or car allowance, • Private healthcare and pension scheme, • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to purchase additional holiday), • Ongoing professional development and career progression If you’re ready to take on a pivotal role in driving HVAC service growth while building strong, lasting relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
