In this strategic role, you’ll lead from the front—steering delivery excellence, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across mission-critical programmes. Your responsibilities will include: • Lead client engagement, bid management, and strategic project planning., • Drive financial performance, forecasting, and profitability improvement., • Oversee resource allocation, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement., • Champion delivery-led growth across key Defence Engineering accounts., • 10+ years’ experience leading complex Defence projects, from bid to delivery, with a focus on Maritime integration., • Proven leadership of large, multi-functional teams, ideally in software development environments., • Strong commercial acumen across project finances, revenue recognition, and contract management.
