Salesforce Test Analyst Note: Active SC Clearance Required Role overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions throughout the development lifecycle. This role demands a strong background in software quality assurance, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential issues. The QA Consultant will work closely with developers, architects, and project managers. Key responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, based on provided designs and user stories., • Perform various testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing., • Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira, ensuring clear communication with the development team., • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to project stakeholders, highlighting areas of risk and potential improvements., • Collaborate with developers to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and business requirements., • Participate in requirements gathering and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality considerations., • Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes and best practices., • Work within an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives., • Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverable deadlines., • Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports. Key Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Consultant or Software Tester., • Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations., • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices., • Proficiency in designing and executing test plans and test cases., • Experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management., • Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable., • Experience with Accessibility requirements and testing, • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar)., • Experience with Accessibility requirements and testing, • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)., • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs., • Experience with tools like Zephyr., • Proven experience in test automation.
