Chef de Partie OTE 41.5K We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Beefbar at Dear Jackie one of the most exciting restaurant openings in London this year. Beefbar is a globally celebrated dining concept with locations across three continents, built on a foundation of exceptional meat, meticulous sourcing, and culinary craft that is recognised the world over. Now it is coming to Soho and this is your opportunity to be part of it from day one. Beefbar at Dear Jackie opens in mid-September and pre-opening recruitment is well underway. On Target Earnings OTE £41,500 per annum | Hourly rate £15.31 | Based on 40 hours per week | Estimated tronc £9,568 per annum *Please note tronc figures are a qualified estimate and projected OTE. This role is hourly paid and every hour worked is paid. What is in it for you? You will take full ownership of your section managing ordering, maintaining the highest standards at every service, and taking real pride in every dish that leaves your pass. You will also play a vital role in coaching and supervising the Commis and Demi Chefs in your team, sharing your knowledge, developing their skills, and helping to shape the next generation of talent in our kitchen. As part of the opening team, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the identity of the kitchen from the very first service the standards you set, the culture you help build, and the food you produce will define what Beefbar at Dear Jackie becomes. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to support different areas of the kitchen to meet the needs of our operation. You will work alongside a passionate and talented team who share a commitment to quality, creativity, and doing things brilliantly. What do we need from you? Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining. A genuine passion for food, exceptional ingredients, and culinary craft ideally with an interest in or experience of working with premium meat and produce. Demonstrated ability to run a section independently, manage ordering, and maintain standards throughout busy service. Experience coaching and developing junior team members, with the patience and knowledge to bring others along. A can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail. A confident, energetic, and collaborative team player who thrives under pressure. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities during a busy service. Availability to work 40 hours over 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis. Why us?
