Our role As a Senior Media and Investment Manager within our healthcare media team, you will own the full spectrum of paid media (search, social, programmatic/CTV) and endemic healthcare environments (HCP publishers, journals, medical networks). You will ensure clients access the best solutions across both biddable and publisher ecosystems through sharp strategy, rigorous investment discipline, and high impact campaign management. As a people leader, you will coach a blended team of specialists, set consistent standards, and create space for growth. With strong commercial acumen, you will maximise value in market, improve buying metrics, and translate performance into outcomes that matter to brands, HCPs impact campaign management. What you can expect to be doing: • Work with media planning team to research the most effective solutions and mediums to reach and engage target audiences, • Share paid media recommendations, specifications and best practices with the account and creative teams to utilise buys most effectively, • Attend meetings with clients in order to report on campaign strategies and results, • Be prepared to challenge client briefs in order to make sure that the work we are creating is as effective as possible, • Line management of team members , ability to ork on 3-4 clients autonomously This role could be a great fit for you if: • You have 5+ years’ experience in paid media in an integrated media agency setting, • Ability to work across multiple teams and projects without guidance, • Ideally some healthcare experience, • Some management experience or mentoring, • In depth knowledge of Paid Media, from an implementation perspective.
