Job Description Hours: Monday to Friday, varied shift pattern between the hours of 6am and 11pm + participation in the on call rota Overall purpose of the job: Responsible for providing customer support to our large and diverse client base ensuring Service Levels are maintained and the ticketing system is fully up to date.
