The working hours are Monday to Friday, with the option to work evenings and weekends if want additional hours. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager and Area Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the café and wider business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to help build a growing brand. You will work across Front of House and Back of House operations, support team development, contribute to commercial performance and collaborate with management teams across multiple OATIS locations. You will also assist in managing and growing our catering operation from our central kitchen in Queensway, helping develop this exciting new area of the business.
