Senior Structural Revit Technician Location: Primarily Remote (London collaboration sessions every 2 weeks with the team so preferred candidates based in the south-east) Type: Full-time About the Role We are a growing Revit outsourcing company seeking a Senior Structural Revit Technician to join our team. This role suits an experienced technician who enjoys delivering high-quality structural models across UK projects while working flexibly in a collaborative environment. The role is primarily remote, with fortnightly in-person collaboration sessions with the rest of the team in London for coordination, technical discussion, and team development. Key Responsibilities • Produce accurate, high-quality structural Revit models and drawings, • Work across a number of sectors but primarily commercial and residential projects, including new build and refurbishment, • Model and detail steel, reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry structures, • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines, • Ensure outputs meet UK standards and project requirements, • Support QA processes and consistency of deliverables, • Contribute to the development of Revit standards, workflows, and best practice, • Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members as required, • Attend internal meetings and contributing to project delivery discussions Requirements • 5+ years’ experience working on UK-based structural projects, • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structures), • Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential (We work primarily in Revit, but AutoCAD is used for legacy information, references, and coordination.), • Proven experience with: Steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures, • Commercial and residential developments, • New build and refurbishment projects, • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, • Good understanding of UK construction methods and detailing standards, • Ability to independently manage and deliver project drawing and modelling work from setup to issue, • Keen attention to detail, with pride taken in presentation and the care and accuracy of every drawing produced, • Genuine interest in building structures and engineering design, • Proactive with strong communication and coordination skills, • Ability to work to a variety of different drawing standards Desirable • Experience in a consultancy environment, • Familiarity with BIM Level 2 workflows, • Experience using coordination tools such as Navisworks What We Offer • Competitive salary, • Pension scheme, • 25 days holiday + bank holiday, • Primarily remote working with regular in-person work sessions with the rest of team., • Flexible working hours (core hours 10am–4pm), • Supportive, technically focused working environment working alongside Directors each with 15+ years industry experience, • Opportunity to join the business at an early stage and be a pivotal contributor to its growth, development, and long-term success How to Apply
