You should demonstrate a strong working knowledge of vehicles, trailers, workshop plant, and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic problems. The role requires someone who can multitask, meet key deadlines, and exhibit rigorous fault-finding skills. You should be capable of working independently as well as part of a team, showcasing strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
